The Wilson County Commissioner Court has placed the county under a burn ban that will take effect on Monday, July 17, 2023 for 90 days.
**When a burn ban is in effect, ALL outdoor burning is prohibited. AG burning is allowed if supervised by a Certified and Insured Prescribed Burn Manager pursuant to Texas Local Government Code 352.081(f). The Certified Prescribed Burn Manager must apply in person 24 hours prior to burn the burn.
